As part of its unparalleled personal service, a move-in coordinator is available to assist new residents with all aspects of relocation. Residents also can customize their apartment homes to suit their tastes.

Residents stay active in the fitness center, which includes an indoor saltwater pool. Daily group fitness classes include yoga, water exercise, tai chi and more. A team of instructors and personal trainers is available to design custom fitness programs that meet individual needs

I am so, so happy I made the move to the Gatesworth. I’m in my mid 70s and in good health and while some may think that is too soon to make a move to an independent living community, I think it is a great time! The staff, activities, food, and other residents enable me to live my best life! I have nothing negative to say about the Gatesworth. It is an incredibly well run facility with great attention to the happiness and well being of the residents.

We had a lovely luncheon and tour of the Gatesworth yesterday hosted by Lynne Sugerman and Keith Kohler! Our server, Gail, made us feel so at home as she served us the delicious food and drinks. What a special place!

This is the only CCRC that I've visited to date that has no entrance fee; of course, the monthly rents are higher, but it was refreshing to see a different approach. The restaurant service and food were exquisite which I tremendously enjoyed while visiting. The Sr. Advisor, Lynne Sugarman, did an excellent job of listening to my wants and needs rather than giving me answers to frequently asked questions from community brochures. I've visited many different CCRCs around the country and lived in one for a short 3-month period of time, so I understand the concept of continuing care. I also had the unique privilege of meeting 'Chris' one the Gatesworth owners who provided me with more valuable information on this beautiful community. It's definitely worth visiting to compare to other continuing care communities!
