I recently visited my mother at Highlands Senior Living, and I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Erica McDaniel and Ms. Kayla. From the moment I arrived, they both made me feel welcomed and comfortable. During my visit, they were hosting a dinner, and not only was the atmosphere warm and inviting, but they even went out of their way to offer me a meal as well. That small gesture meant a lot and really showed their kindness and hospitality. It’s reassuring to know my mother is in a place where the staff is so attentive, compassionate, and thoughtful. Erica and Ms. Kayla clearly go above and beyond to create a positive environment for everyone. I’m very grateful for the care they provide.

Kayla the assistant director has been amazing. The whole staff are very friendly and made my Mother feel very welcome. The facility is very clean and smells great. Its all one level and very easy for residents to get around. The directors office and nurses staion is in the very middle so they can see everything going on and make sure the residents are taken care of. I would definately recommend this place to anyone with an elderly parent who has to go in assisted living.

It is hard to turn over care of a loved one to a facility; however, Highlands Senior Memory Care, is making this transition smooth. Any time I need something for my mom or just want to ask a question, I am always met with positivity. The facility tries to include my mom in all activities but understands that sometimes the person isn’t ready for the stimulation or activity. I love how I can text most of the workers and get an immediate reply; therefore, I am always in the loop with my loved one.
