As an electrical service contractor, I visit a wide variety of businesses, facilities, and operations across Northwest Arkansas and The Gardens at Arkanshire truly stands out as one of the best. Every time I’m on-site, I’m impressed by how smoothly the community operates and how much pride the staff takes in caring for their residents. Their team consistently shows kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect. They take the time to listen to their residents, respond to their needs, and provide top‑notch senior living care. Every single time I have been on site to perform work, there is at least one member of the kitchen staff taking time out of their busy work schedule to sit and chat with the residents. It’s clear that the well‑being of the people who live there is always their top priority. I also want to recognize their amazing maintenance staff, who work hard to keep the facilities safe, clean, and well‑maintained. Their attention to detail and commitment to the community is something I notice every visit. It's not easy maintaining a facility that size with that kind of urgency and detail. Truly impressive. Absolutely love this facility, Visited briefly and got to tour the place, I spoke with four different staff members and every single one of them were delightful and kind, It was clean, Lunch smelled so good, And John, the executive director was wonderful! Highly recommend!

The Gardens at Arkanshire is a wonderful place! I highly recommend using their services. Their staff are incredibly dedicated, kind, and professional. It is evident that all staff cares about the residents and provides a wide range of activities for the residents, giving them the opportunity to truly enjoy themselves. Arkanshire is without a doubt the residential facility for yourself or family members to choose!

I believe the staff and people that actually do the work at Arkanshire genuinely care about the residents. And if they were provided with more resources and funding from the owners/ they would do even more. However, as an example of the lack of funding and concern from corporate- my Dad's yard has looked like this for the last 3+ years. And the only time it had actual grass, my brother-in-law had to do the work to grow and maintain. However, a faulty sprinkle system left unchecked and unrepaired ended up flooding and drowning out the grass that he planted. We have been promised all summer for yet another summer that they would put sod down. Still hasn't happened. If you are considering Arkanshire as a home for your loved one and need any opinions from someone who has had to deal with issues again and again, please feel free to contact me BEFORE you make a decision you will regret.
