As a senior care professional I can say with confidence that The Fountains at RiverView is an exceptional assisted living community that truly understands the needs of its residents and their families. The staff is not only professional but also compassionate, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The community is beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to promote comfort and engagement for seniors. Arielle, Christine, Katrina, Maureen are all so incredibly talented, dedicated and supportive to their families. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with the team as a Dementia Care Practitioner and have witnessed their commitment to providing high-quality care and personalized attention. The variety of activities and programs offered ensures residents stay active and connected, contributing to their overall well-being.

The Fountains is such a warm environment. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with big smiles from Keisha. When speaking to the residents, they all say how loving and warm the staff are. All of the residents love being there. There are so many fun activities. Arielle in resident relations is such an amazing person- she is so passionate about helping the residents. She is so loving and treats all the residents as if they are family. This is an amazing assisted living and I recommend it everyday to people. Thanks for all your hard work!

For families that are reading these posts as they do their due diligence as I did for my uncle, you have found the right home for your loved one. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Keisha, with her sweet personality and big smile, I felt a sense of warmth & welcome. Katrina (the best), walked me through the process and tempered all my concerns with regard to my uncle and making this move into independent living. It isn't an easy decision to make a life changing event for a loved one. But she put my mind at ease and we moved forward. It was the best decision. From the nursing staff (Millicent & Karen), to the activities director (Regan), to the relations manager (Arielle), to the maintenance staff, they are all simply the best. Honestly, one big family. I have to say it put my mind at ease knowing my uncle was taken care of and excelled during his time at Rivervue. Thank you!

My dad was living in Brooklyn when we decided to move him to The Fountains at Rivervue. While the location is miles from the city The Fountains is conveniently located a train ride away via Metro North. The grounds are beautiful. The people are caring and lovely. They have plenty of activities and a very welcoming environment. So happy my father lived there. Keisha is incredibly warm and sweet. Stacy is rockstar. Gloria is amazing. Christine is the best. Kim was a rock of support and source of helpful information. So many people to thank – there’s not enough room!!! Thank you Fountains for everything!
