Thank you for the excellent, compassionate care you all provide I have such great peace of mind knowing my family member is well taken care of. Each and every one of you are a credit to your profession and should be very proud of what you do. Not only is the staff very good and the memory care unit excellent with the residents, but everyone is so welcoming.

The Forum at the Crossing is a beautiful place. It is warm, inviting, and a comfortable place. It also has excellent food. The staff in memory care are compassionate and genuinely care about their residents. I highly recommend The Forum overall for the great care!

My mom moved into a two bedroom apartment in June 2024 and has had a great experience. They offer regular cleaning, three meals daily and the staff have been great. The only thing that keeps me from giving them five stars is the building needs some updates and refreshing. Otherwise my mom and family have been quite pleased.

I’ve been around quite a few independent living and memory care communities in the area, and this one stands out in the best way. The staff are genuinely kind, the building is very clean, and the overall environment feels calm and well-run. Residents consistently speak highly of the food and the attentiveness of the staff, which says a lot. You can tell people here truly care — it feels different from other places.
