We could not be more pleased with Assisted Living (Parc) at the Crestmoor. We moved our dad in almost a year ago and cannot imagine him anywhere else in middle TN. We have experienced other local facilities with both parents over the past 4 years and the Crestmoor is by far the nicest with truly amazing caregivers and administrators. Shout out to Lori who is the Director for Assisted Living and Memory Care. She listens to residents and their families, proactively solves issues, and works tirelessly to make sure resident needs are being met to their satisfaction. Highly recommend to anyone looking for Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care.

I have helped several families move into Crestmoor. Many of which I and my company have worked with for years, so much that they seem like family. I always feel so relieved afterwards as I know they will be happy and well taken care of. Anna, Shannon and Bill are an amazing team. I know my clients are in good hands and will have everything they need, as the Crestmoor provides! I cannot believe there is still memory care openings!

The caregivers in Assisted Living do such a wonderful job. It's evident they truly care about the residents personally, which is a huge relief for family members. Thank you out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable and well taken care of every day.

Love this place! I moved my mom in a few months ago, and it has been great. The staff is amazing, and it is a relief to know everyone is keeping an eye on her. Super easy to work with, from the move-in to the hair salon appointments. I go at least twice a week for lunch or dinner and really enjoy it. Close to Kroger, Whole Foods, and Green Hills Mall. Plus, you can walk to the RH Courtyard for drinks or food if you are feeling fancy.
