I have helped several families move into Crestmoor. Many of which I and my company have worked with for years, so much that they seem like family. I always feel so relieved afterwards as I know they will be happy and well taken care of. Anna, Shannon and Bill are an amazing team. I know my clients are in good hands and will have everything they need, as the Crestmoor provides! I cannot believe there is still memory care openings!

This is the most luxurious retirement community I’ve ever seen! The place is absolutely stunning — pictures don’t do it justice. You really have to come and see it in person to appreciate how stunning it is. They offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care, each in its own building, with incredible attention to detail in every department, all beautifully designed. The food is incredible, like dining in a five-star restaurant, and the staff are so kind and professional. Truly a place where every detail shines!

My husband is a resident on the Assisted Living side at The Crestmoor in Green Hills. We couldn't be happier with his new residence. First of all, the physical layout of Crestmoor is absolutely stunning. It is bright and light and beautifully furnished. More importantly, the staff is incredible from your first encounter with the membership team(Shannon and Valerie) to the help given to new residents from Anna and Bill(the Executive Director). The dining experience(headed by Chris) is very good with high quality food and wide choices available. I particularly enjoy the availability of valet parking since it makes it so much easier for me to visit my husband. The staff at the Assisted Living area headed by Nina and Donna is excellent. They genuinely care about the residents and their enthusiasm and support carry on to the individual caretakers. They are always available to answer questions and to render whatever assistance is needed. The residents are treated with utmost respect and everyone's favorite saying is: "what can we do for you"? This is such a refreshing change from my husband's former Assisted Living residence and we feel truly blessed to have found Crestmoor.

The Crestmoor has truly been everything I envisioned for my retirement. My one bedroom apartment, complete with a comfortable living room, well appointed kitchen, and modern bathroom, offers all the luxury and convenience I could ask for. Every common area in the building is beautifully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food and beverage team provides thoughtful attention to every detail, making each meal a pleasure and adding to the sense of comfort during this stage of my life. I am genuinely grateful for my decision to join The Crestmoor family — it has been one of the best choices I’ve made.
