I am one of the owners of FirstLight Home Care. We have multiple clients at The Courtyards at Mountain View. Every single time we stop by to visit our clients, the staff is ultra-attentive. The whole community is very social. There is always staff in the lobby talking to residents, staff sitting with clients in the dining room chatting, memory care staff walking in the halls with clients and bringing residents to happy hour, etc. Every resident's name is known! The activity directors Terri and Stacy are always planning fun activities. I have volunteered at a few of these events and happy hours and everyone around me seems so happy-it is truly like a family over there. I would recommend any of my clients or friends that their loved one would transition beautifully to this community and have instant friends. Hanni, over admissions, is a true pro at helping new clients acclimate. This community truly is special.

This place is amazing and Hani is worth her weight in gold!! She helped us navigate a difficult situation with humor, kindness and patience. The facilities are so warm and inviting, the PT is outstanding, the FOOD is delicious and above all the staff and residents have all been so very helpful, engaging and fun! 24/7 concierge service makes us feel like Mom is truly safe and has the ability to live more independently. This is a hard decision and a draining search for anyone who loves their parent I’m so grateful we found her this home away from home!

My mom has just moved in so it is a bit early to review everything. The staff has been very kind and helpful so far. The food could use improvement- healthier options (a few examples, white bread shouldn’t be the only option for sandwiches; have a whole grain side option and/or more vegetarian options. That being said the staff in the dining room was very friendly and professional. Interacting with other residents since my mom has moved in, the big pet peeve from most everyone, does appear to be the food. It’s hard to please everyone of course, but a few improvements could go along way.

This facility has been great so far, we moved my father in a couple weeks ago. Everyone was so helpful and kind, especially Hani. My father has commented on how nice all the staff are, which gives me comfort that he’s surrounded by kind people.
