I love the staff. I love almost all the residents. I've been here for over a year and I'm extremely happy. I think everyone goes above and beyond what's necessary to make us happy. I appreciate the outings that they take us on -- I don't really care where we go, just that we have a chance to get out and experience new things. I think they have great taste in what outings we do. I like the food, and I like how responsive the staff is whenever we have a problem. It's a great place and I really do love it here!

My dad has been living at the Court for a year and a half now. Everyone there is kind and concerned and always ready to help. There are programs for everyone, if they choose to participate, and they are always encouraged to do so. Maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. Pricing is fair for the area. And the gardens are to die for! p.s. It is 9 minutes from my house, so very convenient for me to drop by. Thanks for taking such good care of my daddy, everyone at the Court!

Court at Round Rock: A Place with Friendly and Helpful Staff, Good Food, and Elder Respect The staff at Court at Round Rock are friendly and helpful. My Mom entered the assisted living section of the facility June 2024 in a state of decline due to poor nutrition, lack of rural healthcare, and stress. The nutrition problem was immediately solved due to great tasting and consistently provided meals. Room meal delivery has helped my Mom relieve some of her stress. The facility offers housecall health services that have consistently examined and worked with Mom to improve her strength. She is beginning to meet folks and choose to set in the dining area for dinner and occasionally lunch. The facility offers multiple entertainment events but Mom has only attended a few. She liked the ones she attended. Below are the positives we have experienced in our first 2 months at Court at Round Rock. Warm, knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming staff. Affordable rates. Spacious apartment. Accessibility: The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. In house healthcare providers that work with the clients to improve their health. Excellent meals with deliver or set down dining service offered at every mealtime. Weekly laundry and bed change service. Pet friendly. Low pressure participation in events. Overall: Court at Round Rock offers a welcoming environment with friendly and helpful staff, great food and dining experiences, and housecall medical care.

After reviewing a family members credit card statements for just about a year I noticed charges ranging from local fast food providers and Wal-Mart. After several months of questioning my aunt she informed me by allegedly she was forced by Ashley to purchase food for staff as rewarding them for their hard work and dedication. When I approached Ashley she made it as though my aunt was confused. Two months later similar charges reoccurred this time from Pizza Hut, Walmart, HEB and Popeyes. Again, I questioned Ashley which she made me feel uncomfortable while her response was intimidating insulting my intelligence. In the following months my aunt and other residents stated they too were forced to use their credit cards or they were taken to Walmart to purchase prepaid cards. I was astounded that someone whom I thought that had my aunts best interest could actually take advantage of her. My aunt further acknowledged she didn't want to address these issues with corporate fearing the impact it could have on her further residing there. If anyone is considering The Court consider placing a camera in their rooms, there's a lot of emotional manipulation and some residents are being threatened. Please be advised Ashley will never take the blame for what she does rather she will lay blame on a co-worker, she's definitely someone families should watch out for. Ashley hired her sister, someone whom is allowed to perform medical procedures without a medical license.
