The Club at St.Cloud

My church family did a worship time with the residents of this facility yesterday afternoon. The staff more specifically Jennifer and Melissa were extremely helpful and supportive they went to each resident to invite them to come and join in addition to helping several of them out if their rooms to the dining room. Judith the administrator was also very helpful and made us feel welcome into this community. My church family was so impressed with the love and care shown to each resident. These ladies are a wonderful example of how to care for our elderly. I want to thank them for all they do! And the building is beautiful

Entrusting the care of a loved one to others is one of the hardest decisions a family can make, but from the moment my mom became a resident here, we knew she was in caring and compassionate hands. I would especially like to recognize Judith, Melissa, and Brandi. Their kindness, patience, and genuine compassion made such a difference in mom's life and in ours. They didn't just provide care—they took the time to know my mom as a person, treated her with dignity and respect, and made her feel valued and loved. As a family, there is no greater comfort than knowing your loved one is safe, cared for, and surrounded by people who truly have a heart for what they do. The warmth and compassion shown to my mom and our family during this chapter of her life will never be forgotten. Our hearts are filled with gratitude. We can't say thank you enough!

I recently had the opportunity to visit The Club at St. Cloud and I was truly blown away by the experience from the moment I walked through the doors. This community is incredibly well maintained and thoughtfully cared for. The residents were visibly clean, well dressed, happy, and engaged. Their rooms were impressively organized and spotless, and I loved seeing outdoor spaces that gave residents dignity, independence, and the ability to enjoy fresh air and peaceful surroundings. For a building that is over 25 years old, the condition of this community is remarkable. It speaks volumes about the pride and dedication of the staff. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, smiling, and genuinely kind. What stood out the most to me was the leadership of Judith Mellon. She did not hesitate to stop what she was doing to personally take me around and show me the community. That level of passion and involvement is rare these days. You could immediately tell how proud she is of the community and the extended family she has built there. The quality of care, the spacious environment, the warmth of the staff, and the overall atmosphere make this place something truly special. Honestly, for the pricing, you would be hard pressed to find this level of care and value anywhere else. If you are looking for the next place for a loved one to call home, The Club at St. Cloud is absolutely worth visiting.

My mother has been a resident at The Club for the last 6 months. The staff genuinely cares for the residents and it does feel like family. My mom loves her room and the staff. If you have concerns, Judith, Melissa, Jennifer and the staff will take out the time to listen and address them. I trust that my mom is in a safe environment and do not have to be concerned for her safety. This was the only assisted living I toured and definitely made the wright choice for my mom! Thank you St Cloud for taking such good care of the residents.
