The Club at St.Cloud

The Club at St.Cloud has been providing quality services to my mother for over a year. The staff are kind and will communicate with me about my love one. My mom has a beautiful room and they are doing renovations to improve the facility. The most important thing for me is my mom is safe there, no worries about abuse or neglect. They clean the facility and decorate for different themes. Several occasions, they organize family events for the residents and their loved ones. Ms. Judith and Melissa are the best. My mom loves them too!

I recently had the opportunity to visit The Club at St. Cloud and I was truly blown away by the experience from the moment I walked through the doors. This community is incredibly well maintained and thoughtfully cared for. The residents were visibly clean, well dressed, happy, and engaged. Their rooms were impressively organized and spotless, and I loved seeing outdoor spaces that gave residents dignity, independence, and the ability to enjoy fresh air and peaceful surroundings. For a building that is over 25 years old, the condition of this community is remarkable. It speaks volumes about the pride and dedication of the staff. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, smiling, and genuinely kind. What stood out the most to me was the leadership of Judith Mellon. She did not hesitate to stop what she was doing to personally take me around and show me the community. That level of passion and involvement is rare these days. You could immediately tell how proud she is of the community and the extended family she has built there. The quality of care, the spacious environment, the warmth of the staff, and the overall atmosphere make this place something truly special. Honestly, for the pricing, you would be hard pressed to find this level of care and value anywhere else. If you are looking for the next place for a loved one to call home, The Club at St. Cloud is absolutely worth visiting.

My husband and I visited The Club at St. Cloud with Ms. Nicole Jefferys for our parents and it was awesome. Ms. Jeffery’s is a very knowledgeable and professional person. We really like the facility and everyone we met. The staff greeted you upon entry and throughout the tour. We met some of the wonderful tenants who also greeted us with warmth. We loved the setup throughout the facility and the homey feeling we felt throughout the tour. We loved the courtyard that we know our parents will just love not to mention All the activities throughout the week. Ms. Nicole is a very warm and caring person and we really enjoyed our time with her. I am looking forward to bringing my parents and I truly believe they will love it. I will give an update once we take them of their thoughts of The Club at St. Cloud. I am positively sure they will love it. Thank you so much The Club at St. Cloud. 🙏

My church family did a worship time with the residents of this facility yesterday afternoon. The staff more specifically Jennifer and Melissa were extremely helpful and supportive they went to each resident to invite them to come and join in addition to helping several of them out if their rooms to the dining room. Judith the administrator was also very helpful and made us feel welcome into this community. My church family was so impressed with the love and care shown to each resident. These ladies are a wonderful example of how to care for our elderly. I want to thank them for all they do! And the building is beautiful
