Having worked in long-term care for over seven years, I know what quality care and a well-run community should look like — and Claiborne at Westlake truly exceeds expectations. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth, love, and genuine compassion that the staff show to residents and their families. The residents here genuinely look happy, healthy, and well cared for — and that speaks volumes. I even asked one resident how Claiborne managed to have so many good-looking, well-cared-for people all in one place. She smiled and said, “That’s because Claiborne does such a good job caring for everyone.” That simple answer really says it all. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of those who call it home. I also want to recognize Scott Bedgood, the Sales Manager, who does an outstanding job representing Claiborne. Scott is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping families find the right fit for their loved ones. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure that everyone feels comfortable and informed throughout the process. His passion for what he does really shines through, and it’s clear that he truly believes in the exceptional care Claiborne provides. My parents have lived at the Claiborne for year and a half. Henrietta and the staff in Memory Care are kind, attentive, and interact so well with the residents. Brendon and Karen are exceptional and go to great efforts to provide engaging activities that the residents enjoy so much. In addition to daily activities and holiday celebrations, this summer they haven hosted family cookouts with live music. A top-notch “Elvis” performed recently and many families came to join in the fun! Kim, at the hair salon, is absolutely delightful! She is a bright spot in their week. The maintenance staff are very responsive and go out of their way to connect with residents. Jonathon and James keep their television settings correct so they don’t miss out on their favorites - especially UGA/SEC games in the fall.They always do so much to help them with whatever they need. Susan does a great job keeping their living areas clean and tidy. Memory care is difficult for everyone, but there are so many employees who care deeply and treat the residents like family. This makes the Claiborne a wonderful place.

My siblings and I took my mom for a tour at Claiborne 2 weeks ago where Billy Hall did a fantastic job answering all our questions and giving us an overview of this amazing assisted living experience. Mom just moved in this week and every single person from staff to residents have been welcoming and kind. We are so thankful we have a beautiful facility like this in Evans. Thank you Billy!

I recently visited The Claiborne while exploring assisted living options for my elderly family member, and I was throughly impressed. The facility is absolutely beautiful-clean, well-maintained, and has a warm welcoming enviorment. The staff stood out as exceptionally friendly and professional. Everyone I encountered was kind and attentive, which made a big difference in how comfortable I felt about the level of care provided. One highlight was the on-site hair salon. I had the pleasure of meeting Kim, one of the hairdressers. She was incredibly sweet and engaging with the residents, treating them more like family than clients. Her warmth and genuine care was truly heartwarming to witness. Overall, The Claiborne is at the top of my list and has everything I'm looking for in a place for my loved one.
