We are very thankful for the care my mom has received at The Claiborne. Ideesha was incredible in helping us through the transition, especially with troubleshooting medications and getting my mom stabilized. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care meant so much to us as we juggled a lot that first month. Thank you, Ideesha, and the Claiborne team! And Jill has always been amazing. She genuinely cares and loves on my mom (and all the residents!). It brings us great comfort knowing people like Jill & Ideesha are there tending to our loved ones. Thank you both for all you do!

Kim Thacker, the beautician, put a smile on my mother’s face every week when she visited the hair salon by making her feel that she looked her best and that she had just visited a friend. Scott Bedgood made a conscious effort to speak to all of the residents and get to know them, and I noticed that this really made a difference in the lives of the residents that didn’t have many visitors. It helped him to notice when a resident didn’t seem to be having a good day and he would take the time to figure out how to help them because he treated them like a member of his family. Billy Hall was very easy to reach and had an open door policy. This made families feel comfortable asking questions and were able to get to know the management staff that ran the center where their parents lived.

Our mom moved to Claiborne over a month ago. Everyone has been welcoming and very helpful. But the real star of the show is Jill , the activities director has been exceptional. She has gone way beyond . She sends me text any time of day or night regarding my mom. She calls to make sure they all remember events and if they miss something she takes them surprises from the event. We LOVE Jill.

My mother moved in back in September of last year. Since the Claiborne has a salon on site, she tried it out for the first time about a week after moving in. She loved it and LOOKED fabulous. So much so that she left her previous hairdresser (after seeing for over 30 years). Kim Thacker is AMAZING! She always makes my Mom feel welcome and does an incredible job with her hair. Kim always sends me pictures of her after every visit. Just love the care and affection given to Mom only added to the great decision we made to choose The Claiborne.
