The Tempus Team is AMAZING. I so appreciate all the love and attention they give my mom. They provide excellent care for her, as well as provide opportunities for the families to be engaged and supported. Ms. Krystal, Ms. Lawanda, and Ms. Dreka are fantastic leaders. They are always ready to respond when we have a need, and they always put the residents first. No family concern is too big or too small. They maintain professionalism and high quality leadership for the entire Tempus staff. They hold the nursing/care staff to a high standard that just cannot be matched. Our family is so grateful for them!

The Claiborne at Baton Rouge has been the best Assisted Living facility suited for my Dad. The aesthetics are absolutely amazing, and the environment is soothing and inviting. The Director of Wellness Lawanda Joseph is the epitome of excellence in making sure every resident is taken care. Her ability to access, listen and support brings The Claiborne to its highest level of care. My Dad speaks very highly of the staff and the close relationships he has with his Nurses and PCAs, especially Shay, K, Amy, Charlotte and Selena reassure me he is in good hands. All of the staff work very hard and shows complete professionalism. The food and dining experience is top tier. My Dad stated in his own words "this was the best ribs he had in a long time". They have great activities and a wonderful Activity coordinator in Ariel. From the first tour with Luke to the visits with my Dad, the experience has been amazing and enjoyable. If you are considering a place for your love one, The Claiborne should be your only choice.

I want to recognize Ariel Deville Harrison. She is the Director of Life Enrichment at Claiborne of Baton Rouge. It is wonderful to see someone who not only loves her job but genuinely cares about each and every resident. She takes the time to slow down and truly connect with residents and is sincerely interested in their lives. It is such a joy to witness her daily interactions with residents and the unique bonds and friendships she has formed with them.

The Claiborne is a hit and miss .. nursing staff is the best , housekeepeing is ok but the kitchen is the MOST AWFUL PART OF THE FACILITY. WAITED 25 MINUTES TO GET ONE PLATE AND THEN THEY HAD ATTITUDE I THINK HER NAME WAS BRIANNA OR BRILYA NOT SURE BUT ITS AWFUL AND THE FOOD THEY PORTION YOU CAN FEED THAT TO A SMALL RAT . DIETARY NEED A READJUSTMENT. HIRE PEOPLE THAT LOVE THE KITCHEN
