Today was my first time visiting this facility and on the memory care site at the front desk, Laura greeted me with a smile and was kind and welcoming! Through the other doors, Debbie was so sweet and also greeted me with a smile. Both of these ladies are a great asset to your front desks! The facility is decorated elegantly and smells very pleasant. Thank y’all for a good first experience!

My parents stay at the brooks of cibolo we have been trying for 7 months to get a detail of our account and the amount they claim we owe. Even though the director agreed they owe us money when we escalated to try to get past the current director my parents received an eviction letter. Attempts to speak with the regional director has fallen on deaf ears. I need a lawyer that can assist.
