Today was my first time visiting this facility and on the memory care site at the front desk, Laura greeted me with a smile and was kind and welcoming! Through the other doors, Debbie was so sweet and also greeted me with a smile. Both of these ladies are a great asset to your front desks! The facility is decorated elegantly and smells very pleasant. Thank y’all for a good first experience!

My parents stay at the brooks of cibolo we have been trying for 7 months to get a detail of our account and the amount they claim we owe. Even though the director agreed they owe us money when we escalated to try to get past the current director my parents received an eviction letter. Attempts to speak with the regional director has fallen on deaf ears. I need a lawyer that can assist.

This facility attracted us because of their facility layout in the memory care section and the programs they offer. After multiple visits, we found that the program was really false advertising. None of the activities were completed as advertised on the day of our visits. We witnessed staff arguing with patients about money and not meeting them at their level. They offered a move in special that we had already agreed to prior to the different observations we had. We decided not to continue with the Brooks based on our observations. They somehow managed to still bill us $7,535 and actually got the withdrawal to go through despite us flagging it as fraudulent with the bank. Additionally, The Facility is unable to produce a contract that we are alleged to have completed with them agreeing to this amount. On the day we were told the room was move-in ready, we witnessed a painter in the room that was allocated for our family member. The restroom appeared to have feces spread on the wall. Needless to say, this is when we decided this facility was not suitable for our family. Definitely double check everything about this facility prior to committing your loved one to living here. A critique 3 years ago said something like 'all that glitters is not gold'. This pretty much sums up this facility.

This location offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Service. Pricing depends on services need which add on to the base price. Facility is only 3 years old in the year 2023. Staffs are very helpful, polite, and professional. You can walk in or schedule ahead to do the tour of the facility and the services provide. Price is comparable to other facilities in the area. Menu has lots of variety of options and is changed to the Seasons. Would recommend this facility to everyone looking for senior living accommodation.
