My father and I had a wonderful experience at the Bristal. Everyone is so warm and friendly which is a plus! Stephanie helped guide our way. She was a delight, always accommodating and always smiling. They are redoing the Bristal and it looks like you’re in a fine hotel.

My mom was at the Bristal at Lynbrook for 6 1/2 years and she truly had a wonderful experience. The staff was very kind, compassionate and caring towards her, every time I would visit my mom she would have a big smile on her face. She was always very clean and well taken care of and I felt as though the staff treated her like family. The food was very good and they provided lots of entertainment and fun activities. Would like to give a special thanks to Wendy Gregg the Executive Director and Monique Stroude the Director of Case Management for all of their help and support over the years, they really cared about my mom and I will always be grateful. Would also like to say thank you to Nancy at reception who was always so kind to my mom, she gave her special attention every time we would visit her at the front desk, she always had such nice things to say - she is truly a very caring beautiful person. My mom will definitely miss everyone at the Bristal and it will always have a special place in her heart as well as mine.

My mom lived at the Bristal in Lynbrook for 1 1/2 years. She was very happy there, and was well taken care of by the staff. She enjoyed the company of her peers, and appreciated the social events, delicious food, and salon services. Her room was bright and airy~ always kept clean by the staff who were so diligent. Her laundry , which was done weekly, came back clean and neatly folded. As her daughter, I appreciated the care given by the staff. The nursing staff are kind and compassionate. The admin staff is caring and competent, ensuring a well run establishment. When problems arise they were quickly and efficiently taken care of. Thank you from my heart to the entire staff~ Sincere thanks ~

I wanted to post this review a few weeks ago. With Christmas and so many other duties today is the day. I visited THE BRISTOL LYNBROOK a couple of weeks ago and met MS> STEPHANIE DAVILA. Ms. Davila took me on a GREAT TOUR of the place. She explained everything in detail and most of all made me feel real comfortable. Its true what people say regarding the Bristol. Its REAL NICE TO BRING A LOVED ONE. I was so impressed with Stephanie because with all my QUESTIONS SHE KNEW ALL THE ANSWERS. THANK YOU STEPHANIE FOR TAKING THE TIME WITH ME THE OTHER DAY. I have tour several other facilities with a few more on my list but the BRISTAL IS STILL RIGHT ON TOP. thanks again......
