Moving my mom into The Bristal Assisted Living at Holtsville was an incredibly smooth and comforting experience, thanks to Geri and her amazing staff. From the very first visit, they were warm, welcoming, and truly attentive to our needs. Geri went above and beyond to guide us through every step, making what could have been a stressful transition feel seamless and reassuring. The entire team is compassionate, professional, and clearly dedicated to providing the best care for their residents. My mom is already settling in nicely, and knowing she is in such a supportive and caring environment gives our family tremendous peace of mind. I highly recommend The Bristal at Holtsville to anyone looking for a wonderful assisted living community for their loved one!

My family and I had a wonderful experience with The Bristal at Holtsville From the very beginning, the entire team made the process smooth, welcoming, and reassuring during what can often be a stressful transition. Jerry and George were especially outstanding. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and supportive while we were transitioning our loved one into the community. They took the time to answer questions, guide us through the process, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and at ease. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The Executive Director was also fantastic and clearly committed to maintaining a high standard of care and a warm, supportive environment for residents and families. Overall, the experience has been excellent. The staff genuinely care about the residents and their families, and it shows in everything they do. I would absolutely give The Bristal Holbrook a five-star review and highly recommend the community to anyone looking for a caring and well-run assisted living environment.

My dad just turned 87 and moved into the Bristal at Holtsville alittle over two weeks ago and he's loving it. He finally has manageable space to move around and feel safe instead of living alone and receiving nutritious meals daily and getting help from the wonderful team there. Special thanks to George and Geri throughout the entire process to prepare for my dads move. They were so responsive to my questions and ensured that everything was ready for my dad's arrival. This was the best decision for our family too make.

This place was a blessing. Our father had a medical emergency and had a long stay in the hospital and needed to be set up for an assisted living temporarily after being discharged. George and Geri from the start helped us through everything we could possibly need. They, along with everyone else truly are great and kind-hearted people. Every step of the way they made sure us and our father were well taken care of and in the best hands. The staff runs a tight ship and makes sure the residents are well taken care of; Such as having activities and things to do, being clean and upkept, and consistently taking their medicine daily and on time. Overall 10/10 experience. Our father is doing much better since being discharged and we attribute a great amount of credit to the Bristal and their staff for their efforts.
