There seemed to be a stronger focus on filling vacancies than ensuring residents were truly appropriate for the environment and level of care being offered. That kind of approach impacts everyone in the building, including other residents whose comfort and safety should come first. Combined with the extremely high turnover, it creates the impression of a community operating in constant reaction mode rather than with stable leadership and thoughtful planning. Based on what I observed, I personally would not feel comfortable placing my own mother or father in this community.

Everything about The Bridge is awesome. All the staff are extremely professional and dedicated to providing the absolute best service to the residents. They show they sincerely care about all the residents and treat them as family. The Bridge is clean and friendly. I highly recommend The Bridge of Orlando.
