The Branches of Framingham

I recently toured The Branches of Framingham while considering assisted living options for my mother. Although our family ultimately decided to move my mother to a different state, I was impressed by the facility and the wonderful care they offer. Lindie Wilson was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made the experience much easier by answering all of my questions and providing detailed information.The Branches offers a wide variety of amenities, and it’s clear that the staff is genuinely dedicated to the well-being of their residents. I would recommend giving this facility a look to anyone seeking a quality assisted living community.

I just wanted to share what a positive experience I had for my mom while she was at the memory care unit . My mom had been at another place , but I knew she needed a higher level of care , and I had heard good things about the Branches , and I’m happy to say they certainly lived up to that . From Lindie, who I 1st met , to Holly and all the front desk people, to the aides , and the nurses ,the activity directors and even the gentleman who runs the maintenance of the Branches. ( I’m sorry I didn’t remember his name ), they were so kind and so genuine ., often times going beyond . And I’m sure they do this for all their residents , not just my mom. For instance , my mom , for so so many tears ; always had splash of pink in her hair. It was her signature look I’d say. When it became obvious that she was t able to travel to her hairdresser , Holly, and Emily came to me, and asked If I they could buy, a box of washable color, and then proceeded to help my mom put that pink in her hair. . It made such a big difference for my mom. My mom passed through the night about 2 months ago , and as I was waiting in her room for the funeral home to come that next morning, I looked up and saw one of the nurses who took care of her some evenings .standing there . I said “ I didn’t know you were working , you usually work evenings,”.. and she said , “ I’m not working, but I heard about your mom and wanted to come check on you.” I will never forget that . I am sure I can’t remember every ones name , , but I just wanted to thank you all, and and give a special thank you , to Holly,, Anoush ,Auburn, Muriel, Margaret , Emily . Thank you for watching out, and being there for my mom. I felt the love you all shared and kindness and genuineness that was present every day . If you find yourself in a situation where need to have extra help with someone you love , there’s no need to call or look around . Just call the Branches of Framingham. After caring for our elderly cousin for 10 years, the decision to move him to an assisted living facility was one we had dreaded for a long, long time. However, moving him to the Branches in Framingham was one of the best decisions we ever made! The facility itself, which was only opened a few years ago, looks brand new. It is beautifully maintained outside and spotless inside. The restaurant has new, delicious and fun menu items every day, and residents ask for and receive special requests with regularity. The calendar is loaded with activities seven days a week that include exercise classes, crafts, public meetings for the residents, and outings to restaurants and shopping. Our cousin, who had become somewhat of a recluse, is now busy every day and is enjoying his new surroundings and friends. The best thing about the Branches, however, is the staff. The level of kindness they show the residents is absolutely astounding. From management to the restaurant staff, the maintenance crew to the front of the house team and caregivers, we have not encountered one unkind person since we’ve been there. On the contrary, the entire staff is caring and helpful, and truly seem to enjoy what they are doing. We would recommend the Branches to anyone without hesitation and are very grateful for all they’ve done for our family.

My stepfather has lived at The Branches of Framingham for 2 years. It is a pleasant to live in building with nice, albeit small, rooms. The food is very good. The staff always offer to cook something special for him (e.g. salmon) if he doesn't like the menu of the day. They have very caring people-from the receptionist to the aides that take him to his meals. They were extremely accommodating in helping to find him a cat to keep him company and the additional help it takes to keep his cat fed and the litter box clean. He always gets his medications and the aides are quick to come help him when he presses his call button.
