The Avalon of Commerce Township

The Avalon of commerce really knows how to take care of the residents! It was such a pleasure doing business in their building. I was incredibly impressed with how well maintenanced it was. I was especially impressed by Paul the maintenance manager, who was very attentive to all of the residents needs! thankful to do Work with them again.!

My husband needed to be in assistant living. I toured many facilities without an appointment. I then chose three to schedule appointment for official tours. I then narrowed it down to two facilities. One was two minutes from my home. Avalon is 17 minutes. I met with Bryan. He was so enthusiastic and I loved the facility vibe. Fun music was playing. Everyone who I saw working was smiling and so incredibly nice to everyone. Three weeks have passed and I tell you I decimate the right choice. The smiles are on everyone’s faces. But the loving care he receives, I have only seen at one other facility. Avalon’s director,Tashe is the reason this place is what it is. She has surrounded herself with directors who exude the same drive for perfection that she does 24/7. There has been a few glitches that had to be worked through. But immediately everything was taken care of. After three weeks everything is perfect. Only because of the staff and their thriving for excellence! A shout out to Director of Nursing, Keisha. She has been amazing to work with!!! Thank you Avalon, I sleep well at night knowing my husband is treated like a king! Kay Rozman

I can't share enough wonderful things about the Avalon. My father-in-law was so skeptical (his house was destroyed in the hurricane and he lost everything) to move to an assisted living facility, but at 94, he was needing more care than we were able to provide. Bryan, and the Avalon staff, were beyond accommodating. We asked every question to be asked, had delay after delay on our end, and they were nothing but responsive. My father-in-law LOVES it there. We stop by unannounced multiple times a week, and the care is remarkable.

I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and dedication to helping our elders. I had an emergency case with a client that needed emergency placement and this team went above and beyond to make it happen. I am so grateful for everything- pulling together furniture, bedding, toiletries, putting his clothes away, organizing his belongings, feeding him upon arrival, and welcoming him with a smile and kind hearts. Thank you thank you!
