My mom has been living at Arbors for almost a year now and it's been a great experience overall. The staff is welcoming and I love seeing the managers out and about with the staff and residents. They have a dog too! Nothing like being greeted by a sweet lab named Maggie. Programs are 7 days a week and nurses is there around the clock. If my mom declines, she doesn't have to move. The building is older, but Arbors has been around for at least a decade, so it goes to show how good they are. My Mom isn't always easy, but they have no issues caring for her. Angels!

I had a really great experience at the Arbor’s of Bedford. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive and you can tell they genuinely care about every resident. The community is clean and well taken care of and the whole environment feels warm and welcoming. Communication was excellent, anytime I had a question they were quick to respond. All the staff members were great. It’s a place where people are treated with dignity, respect and genuine compassion!

I absolutely love The Arbors. I am a professional who refers or receives refers from other professionals and I always recommend The Arbors. Staff are amazing, Shannon (ED) is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Cassie is marketing, no one better! They all love their residents and community. From someone who has relationships with all assisted livings and nursing homes within the state, trust me, moving into/moving in a loved one into The Arbors is like buying the candy bar with the golden ticket in it… BRAVO to the whole community!!!

If you have a family member with memory issues, The Arbors is an amazing community. The staff is exceptional and the facility is well maintained as are the grounds. I first met Cassie last March, she gave me a tour of the facility and introduced me to other members of the staff. Answered a lot of questions and went through paperwork with me so I could better understand the costs. She helped me facilitate the move for my family member since she would be coming from out of state. Before she arrived, I went back to the Arbors to do all of the paperwork with Shannon. Shannon took the time to answer more questions and go over everything without making the process seemed rushed. Even though my family member has been living at the Arbors for awhile, both Shannon and Cassie are still very supportive. The rest of the staff at the Arbors is also phenomenal. They all take exceptional care of my family member. I’m never there the same time or day and when I walk in she is always being cared for and her needs are met. The aides are compassionate and always offering support. And the same with the nursing staff. Every day there is entertainment, crafts, some type of physical activity and even a resident dog! Everything is tailored to the ability of your loved one. Rest assured, they won’t be bored. I know that when I can’t be there, I don’t need to worry and that is worth every penny paid.
