We are very happy with the Arbor at Bridge Mill. My parents have been there for about years total, first in IL and now in AL. Marcia is such a delight to see at the front desk on the AL side as well as Cynthia. These ladies always greet you with a smile and make all of us feel welcomed. They are shining Stars!!! The staff and med techs are a delight as well. Always checking in on my parents making sure they have everything they need and assist them with whatever is needed. Its a great team for sure. Keep up the great work everyone and please know its so much appreciated by all of the families that have loved ones living at the Arbor at Bridge Mill.

My father recently relocated to The Arbor at Bridgemill and the team there has done an amazing job. A huge thanks to Rebecca Merriman with sales who supported everything from the initial tour to the move-in details/documents. The Arbor at Bridgemill team, from the Exec Director Brooke, to each staff have truly been pleasant and welcoming. I look forward to continuing to know them more and more as my Father settles in further.

I've interacted with a dozen directors of resident care and Linda Lucas, the current Director of Resident Care at The Arbor of BridgeMill, is the best that I have worked with. She knows the particulars of my brother's medical challenges and care needs. She does a tremendous job of communicating in the semi-annual assessment and care plan in a way that my brother's long-term care insurance plan claims adjusters can determine his eligibility for his long-term care benefits. In this regard, she is very specific, thorough and clear. Linda is a pro!

My aunt lives at the Arbor and often speaks of a Jayden, and it’s always with so much appreciation. She constantly mentions how hardworking and efficient Jayden is, handling everything with such ease and professionalism. No matter how busy things get, Jayden always seems to stay on top of everything and makes sure the residents are well taken care of. What really stands out is that Jayden does it all with a smile. My aunt says that positive attitude makes such a difference in her day and creates a warm, welcoming environment. It’s clear that Jayden genuinely cares about the people there, and that kind of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s comforting to know someone like Jayden is part of her care.
