My mom has been at The Arbor for 7 years. We just had to move her to Assisted Living and the move was seamless. The Arbor is a great place to live. I hope I am able to go there one day. It is beautiful and the staff from Brooke all the way down to the servers are totally awesome. Thank you Arbor for taking such good care of my mama.

Last Tuesday, July 1st we hosted 2 dear friends for dinner. They had toured the Arbor the previous Friday, but they were not able to enjoy dinner. Darlene and Ingrid were the perfect hosts for our friends dinner and went above and beyond to ensure all their needs were met. In particular, one is in the early stages of dementia and needed additional assistance. Ingrid and her staff were very patient and helpful. Both ladies are excellent role models for less experienced staff.

I placed my mother at The Arbor about 3 months ago and can give an enthusiastic recommendation to anyone who is looking for a first class retirement community. The place is absolutely beautiful, but it is the people that make the difference. Everyone from senior management all the way down the housekeeping staff are wonderful. I appreciate all the help and encouragement they offered when I moved my mother out of a house she owned for 52 years in Virginia. It was a stressful time, but they came through with a solution for every problem. My mother absolutely loves The Arbor. She very quickly made friends and enjoys many of the events offered on a daily basis. A special thanks to Rebecca, Chris and Barbara for making my mother so happy. She is living her best life, thanks to The Arbor!

My father has lived at The Arbor for several years now, and the folks there take great care of him. Maxene in particular has supported him for several years and treats him like family. She intuitively knows his needs, as his speech is quite limited at this point. In addition, she consistently displays patience and compassion. On top of this, she treats me with genuine care whenever I visit. We have shared laughter, tears, and hugs, and that means the world to me. I know my dad is in good hands at The Arbor, and this gives me great peace of mind during a difficult time.
