There is not enough room here to fully express our appreciation for the effort and compassion displayed by the staff of the Addison at Garden Way. To begin with Noreen, welcomed us with a detailed explanation and tour so that we, and more importantly, Dad, understood everything we needed to know for something so new. Jim and Jo helped through registration and the initial entrance ordeal. Mike was great in attending to Dad's new place. I must commend the team for the expedited timeliness that helped Dad tremendously. I apologize for not knowing names of the food and cleaning staff, but from I have seen and heard from Dad, they are first rate too! Thank you for your compassion and mercy.

We just found this facility for my mother several days ago after searching one dilapidated, grungy Nursing Home after another. After an unexpected hospitalization we had a situation requiring we move quickly to get Mom into an appropriate environment. We cold called from Google, The staff was very supportive, knowledgeable, responsive (huge thanks for that) and helped us get through the paperwork and the application process quickly. The facility is “very clean”, fresh smelling and cheerful. The patients we have met are happy cheerful people who have all been thoughtful and kind. If you are looking for an assisted living facility that treats your family with dignity, is upscale, affordable and comfortable, I highly encourage you to visit The Addison of Garden Way.

This facility is amazing. The staff is so compassionate. The facilities are clean, warm and inviting. Visiting there feels like I’m going to visit my grandma’s own home. The residents appear to be very happy, and are well cared for. I would feel very confident that my family members are in good hands. I would highly recommend it.

My Mom only ended up here for a Month , but I can't say enough, that they made this difficult time very easy and everyone from the Office Staff , to Nurses , to Maintenance , cooks , cleaning ect. All where very welcoming and helpful. If my mom ever ends up in this situation of needing Assistance again , no thinking involved we definitely go back!! Highly recommend if your Family's member is in need of care! Thanks Gardenway Billie Moyer
