I waited almost a month to leave this review as I didn’t want to leave an openly bitter review just a factual one from our families experience. We started here with my mother in law in October 2025. Tour was appealing and price point was definitely appealing! Our first 8-10 weeks were good. If there was a question or concern it was addressed and resolved pretty quickly. Somewhere in that period a shift happened. The staff is not very happy. They openly complain about their jobs. They talk loudly over residents while complaining about what they are going to have to do for their people. The residents do not get to use the patio. It is a fire door to a patio that is always locked. In 6 months I only witnessed it being used a handful of times but it takes a lock code to get in and out which leaves residents unable to go out freely. There are more things but I’m not trying to get too long winded. If your loved one is content to just hang out and watch cartoons or news this place is probably ok. Keep an eye on medication and nutrition.

I had a very frustrating experience with Marie, who is the first point of contact at this facility. I called several times asking to speak with someone who I had previously been in contact with. Each time, Marie told me that the person was “unavailable.” After hearing the same response multiple times, I finally asked if that individual still worked there, and she then told me that they did not. If she knew the person no longer worked there, it’s confusing and misleading that she continued to say they were simply “unavailable.” I then asked a simple question: who is the current Executive Director? Marie refused to provide the name and would not answer the question. Instead, she insisted on taking a message for a callback. This didn’t make sense because I wasn’t asking for a call back—I was simply asking for the updated name of the Executive Director. To make matters worse, she hung up on me while I was asking for clarification. This was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially for someone who represents the first point of contact for the facility. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this interaction reflected very poorly on the organization. Based on this experience, I would not recommend having someone with this level of customer service represent the front line of communication for your business.

These reviews are staff or friends. No idea how they have this many 5 star reviews. Understaffed and staff has bad attitude about doing their jobs. It’s a holding cell for parents to go wilt away from boredom. They keep news on in the front all day everyday. Activities are bingo, dominoes, chats, coloring. Did I mention bingo? Meals are a joke! Small portions and little drinks. The snacks they claims to offer are non existent! Caregivers actually pick up plates before people are even done so they don’t have to wait for cleanup. Rooms are decent size with good sized bathrooms. Place is not as clean as it presents at first glance. Medication is a joke. Nurse is non existent just like the snacks. Infections are not followed up on. Residents can’t even go outside on the patio. Falls here are a real problem here. Stay away!

My husband was there for only a few weeks and then he passed away on January 18th after that Terra Bella summit kept Emailing me what I had to pay for February I called and said my husband had died and was not there any more so I owed them nothing for the next month! The person I talked to agreed that would not pull money out of my account but the Emails came a second time! I called again and asked to speak to their finance department and was told she would call me back but she never did call! This was all very upsetting to me because o was trying to get over my husbands death!
