TerraBella Rock Hill

I have recently been assisting my elderly aunt to find an assisted living facility. She chose a unit at TerraBella Rock Hill. The facility is nice and very clean. They have a beautiful dining room. We had lunch there before touring the facility and the food was delicious. The unit my aunt chose was one of the larger units that has its own patio, which my aunt is very excited about. She is looking forward to moving in! All the staff & management we have come in contact with have been very friendly and professional. James, the director of sales, is awesome! He has been instrumental in making the move in seamless. When we have questions, he gets back with us right away. He has made it extremely easy to get furniture delivered to her unit & has been very helpful with taking care of anything else we need. He is super friendly & you can tell he really enjoys his job! If you or a loved one is looking for assisted living, I highly recommend you check out TerraBella!

I've had friend's who's parents or grandparents lived at TerraBella and they have had wonderful experiences. Everytime I stop by to visit the staff has always been so friendly and engaging with the patients there. I've stopped by at different times and have seen a staff member doing exercises with the patients. Ive seen other places where the staff didn't even know the residents names. Here they know each one by name and take special individualized care with each person.

Tara Bella is very nice and clean. It is pet friendly and that is a plus. A friend of mine is to be moving in and taking her cat with her is a blessing. We took the tour and had lunch and it was great. Anyone should enjoy being there!

This places is horrible, and they remove each and every negative review posted here to try to make themselves seem like a wonderful and well run facility. Please do not be fooled. They can't find or keep a competent Executive Director to run the place properly. They hire ANYBODY to caregive with little or no experience, and no compassion for the residents. The rooms in Memory Care where our loved one resided are not properly or consistently cleaned. Laundry was not done on a consistent basis. Personal belongings were always missing...never to be found. Never enough staff to properly care for the residents. Building almost always smelled strongly like urine and sometimes poop. I could go on and on, but I think my point has been made. In a nutshell, I think the entire front office staff plus the useless maintenance director needs to be replaced with more professional and competent individuals who know how to proprrly run an assisted living/memory care facility. Additionally, as far as the caregivers and med techs, if the pay was better, a much better caliber of people would willing to work there who would be caring. compassionate, and love their jobs, which is clearly and currently not the case. PLEASE BEWARE...I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this place!!!
