This places is horrible, and they remove each and every negative review posted here to try to make themselves seem like a wonderful and well run facility. Please do not be fooled. They can't find or keep a competent Executive Director to run the place properly. They hire ANYBODY to caregive with little or no experience, and no compassion for the residents. The rooms in Memory Care where our loved one resided are not properly or consistently cleaned. Laundry was not done on a consistent basis. Personal belongings were always missing...never to be found. Never enough staff to properly care for the residents. Building almost always smelled strongly like urine and sometimes poop. I could go on and on, but I think my point has been made. In a nutshell, I think the entire front office staff plus the useless maintenance director needs to be replaced with more professional and competent individuals who know how to proprrly run an assisted living/memory care facility. Additionally, as far as the caregivers and med techs, if the pay was better, a much better caliber of people would willing to work there who would be caring. compassionate, and love their jobs, which is clearly and currently not the case. PLEASE BEWARE...I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this place!!!

Do not let the corporate image fool you—this facility is an unsafe, neglectful, and completely unprofessional environment. The management team is incredibly unprofessional and actively works to sweep serious operational failures and incidents under the rug instead of addressing them. The leadership here has been a revolving door of chaos, and the former Executive Director, Tammy, was hands-down the most unprofessional, incompetent manager imaginable. The building itself is full of cleanliness issues and major safety hazards. There has been visible mold left unaddressed in rooms, and the laundry room has had massive, dangerous amounts of lint buildup left in the dryer vents, which is a major fire hazard for a vulnerable community. Furthermore, the care and basic rights of the residents are neglected daily. The kitchen completely strips away the residents' dignity by refusing to let them choose what they want to eat. They are given zero meal choices and are forced to eat whatever is brought out to them, regardless of their preferences or dietary needs. This place has turned into an absolute nightmare due to corporate neglect and terrible management. Protect your loved ones, look elsewhere, and do not ever subject your family member to this facility. Prospective families beware: the financial practices here are predatory and the daily physical care is deeply neglectful. When you tour this facility, they lie straight to your face and tell you that the pricing is all-inclusive and they do not charge extra "level of care" fees. But the moment your loved one moves in, the bait-and-switch begins. They slap families with massive, unannounced level of care charges without giving the legally required 30-day notice. To make matters worse, they will actively attempt to withdraw unauthorized money straight out of families' bank accounts. It is entirely deceptive and financially predatory. But the financial greed is nothing compared to how they treat the residents daily. They completely skip mandatory hydration periods between meals. It is a known pattern that staff intentionally withhold water and fluids from vulnerable residents simply because they do not want to do their jobs and change them every two hours. Forcing seniors to suffer from dehydration just to avoid basic care is unconscionable. They’re probably going to remove this review because they got something to hide and they’re guilty as charged

Although my mom's stay was extremely short, I wanted to thank the team at TerraBella. From the day that I started looking for support, they were extremely responsive and worked with us every step of the way even when timing accelerated and the plan had to change from in home care to assisted/nursing care in a facility. They were kind and responsive to all of our questions and checked on our mom often. We truly appreciated the care and attention given. I highly recommend them.

Caitlin and really the whole staff are great!! My parents both needed care , as we were finalizing things my father passed away. Once we were ready my mother went into the memory care unit. It was just before Christmas so there was a little confusion but after a few days it was obvious that I had chosen well. The aides and med techs worked with her Hospice care team to provide her with the best possible care. She was brighter and more engaged than before!! Unfortunately Alzheimer’s took her after only 6 weeks. But it was the best 6 weeks I could have asked for. I don’t remember all the girls mass but special shout out to Hannah and Yanna for caring so much!!
