They feel like home — not institutional at all. Everything is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed to make residents feel safe and comfortable. Speaking of clean — the cleaning staff deserves major recognition. The entire facility is spotless at all times. Rooms, common areas, dining spaces — everything is consistently clean, organized, and fresh. It’s incredibly reassuring knowing that cleanliness and hygiene are clearly a top priority. The food is another highlight. Meals are delicious, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. There’s a great variety, and the dining experience feels welcoming and enjoyable rather than rushed. It’s obvious that care is put into both nutrition and presentation. The overall atmosphere at TerraBella is warm, welcoming, and uplifting. There are activities, social opportunities, and a true sense of community. Residents are encouraged to stay engaged, active, and connected, which makes a world of difference. Knowing my mom lives here gives our family complete peace of mind. We know she is safe, cared for, respected, and genuinely happy — and that means everything to us. Placing a loved one in assisted living is a difficult decision for families. My mother needed more care as she developed dementia than we could at home. The staff has been be loving, patient, excellent with her meds, (diabetic) and responsive to my questions, concerns and requests. As for the cost, elder care is not inexpensive, but Terra Bella Newton is within the average cost of facilities in the area. The facility is always clean whenever I visit and not expected. I would recommend anyone to visit and see the facility if looking for an assisted living for a loved one.

Choosing a memory care home for my mom was an difficult decision and process, but TerraBella has given our family peace of mind. The staff here truly understand the nuances of dementia. The communication from the facility team is very good - I’m always notified immediately of any medication changes or small falls. It feels like a partnership rather than just a service. I am an American Legion Local Post Officer & State Officer for Newton NC. I also run the Veterans appreciation program for Terra Bella (Volunteer) with my Post 16 Newton Officers & Staff. My wife has been at Terra Bella Newton twice for two years in the assisted living unit of the facility. My wife has been very ill the past six years has been in many rehab & assisted living facilities for several issues. We finally found a home at Terra Bella Newton with people who care and look after their clients like members of their own family. The facility is very clean, well-cared for and managed by professionals who have decades of experience in assisted living & secured memory care if needed. The food and dining area are well above standard, and the dining staff mean to please. I am a Marine who expects allot and you get allot at Terra Bella Newton NC. Ron Harris
