Wow! What more can I say wonderful facility and staff! Maintenance Director Wes is very personable and it seems things are getting done he assisted my grandfather and fixed his sink quickly efficiently with a great and friendly attitude. 5 stars all the way! Way to go Wes and the team at TerraBella Marchbanks! 😀

Terra Bella Marshbanks is relatively small which is good. The staff are personable and do a great job. The place is clean and attractive. There are activities available for those interested. I have not eaten there but the food smells good when I have passed through. Good care is given the residents. There are covered places outside to sit and rock. They have assisted living and memory care available.

I was wary of another AL/Memory Care family after a bad experience, but my loved one needed the care. The executive director was very accommodating in getting my loved one moved in, as it was an emergency situation (due to neglect at the previous facility). Once he arrived, he was shown the best care I could have hoped for. Staff were attentive to his needs, and he received high-quality care until his passing. I cannot say enough good things about the executive director and the memory care director. The memory care director was so compassionate, as we knew the end was nearing for our loved one. She ensured we had privacy and space to have a good visit, allowing us to say goodbye. I am so glad that we chose Terra Bella in Anderson to care for my loved one.

In this life you never know what will hit you next...unexpected out of the blue and you find yourself searching and looking for help, support, whatever the need. TerraBella has been that for us. They have been great to care for Dad. Thanks to all that have had a part.
