Choosing an assisted living community for a loved one is never easy, especially during such a difficult and emotionally charged time. We were very apprehensive about this process, but TerraBella was truly instrumental in helping our family through the transition, almost like a trusted partner every step of the way. From the very beginning, the staff was extremely accommodating, kind, and deeply understanding of our family dynamics. They met us where we were emotionally and handled everything with compassion and patience. TerraBella was also the absolute cleanest facility we toured, which immediately gave us peace of mind. One of the things that truly sets TerraBella apart is its small-community, hometown feel. Mom is not just a number here. She is known, valued, and genuinely cared for. The caring and attentive staff go above and beyond every day. My mom absolutely raves about the food, and the high-grade, top-tier chef has completely reinvigorated her appetite. Most importantly, this is the happiest my mom has been in years. The staff keeps her engaged, active, and socially connected, and she now feels a true sense of purpose. They take the time to understand each resident’s individual personality and work with them to exercise, socialize, and truly thrive. TerraBella is not just a facility, it is my mom’s home, a place where she feels happy, comfortable, and deeply supported. TerraBella has exceeded all of our expectations in every possible way. We more than highly recommend it to any family facing this important decision.

Beautiful place to spend your last days. I did a tour with Karen and discussed getting my aunt and uncle residency. She was so detailed in telling us about TerraBella. So many good amenities along with the perfect private apartment. What more could anyone want in receiving the care they need. Even though it didn't work out Karen still offered to help us in anyway if we should need her.

Our loved one was recently placed in Terra Bella Lincolnton's Memory Care Unit. We are very impressed with how clean the unit is, how kind and caring the staff is and how comforting it is to know she is in a safe place. Karen in Sales answered out questions and was so helpful. Sherrie has also helped us get our loved one settled. Our loved one has made friends already and jokes with the staff. We are grateful to Terra Bella for their kindness.

TerraBella Lincolnton is such an amazing place! There is so much love and joy throughout the community. The staff is top-notch—friendly, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile. The clinical team is outstanding, and the administration truly cares about both residents and families. You can see the difference in how happy and engaged the residents are. They have such a fun time every day! I can’t say enough good things about TerraBella—this community truly feels like family. 💙
