Choosing an assisted living community for a loved one is never an easy decision, but this community has truly been a blessing for our family. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. The staff genuinely care about the residents and treat them with kindness, patience, and respect every single day. The community itself is warm, clean, and feels like home. The team goes above and beyond to make sure residents are engaged, comfortable, and well cared for. Communication with families is excellent, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such good hands. We are incredibly grateful for the compassion and dedication of everyone here. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated like family, I highly recommend this community.

From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth in this place. The staff are some of the friendliest and most caring people I’ve ever met! They are professional, patient, and truly compassionate. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents, not just as part of their job but as people. The food is absolutely amazing!! The chef makes homemade-style meals that feel comforting and taste delicious! What really stood out to me was the peaceful atmosphere. It’s quiet, calm, and feels like home. There’s no loud chaos or constant bustle like I’ve seen in other communities. The front porch is beautiful — such a relaxing spot where residents can sit, visit, or just enjoy the day. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such genuine heart, but this one truly does. I’m so thankful to have found it!

The staff truly cares about their residents. Jessica McCormick is top notch, every year she shares their Christmas wish list and makes sure the residents get what they need/want! Highly recommended!

We made the difficult decision to move my grandma from her home to Terrabella and we have loved it! The staff are so personable and we feel as through my grandma is in great hands. Thankful for Terrabella and its staff for all they’ve done for my family this year!
