My Dad was only at this facility a short time. I wish we could have been there sooner, as this facility was much better than the previous facility where he spent 17 months. The management staff were great, the direct care staff showed interest in learning my Dad’s routine and tried very hard to make his days go well and bring a smile to his face. The staff do a great job of interacting with the residents versus just letting them sit. I would say the food could be better, some bread with the meal would be nice. All in all, if memory care is needed, I would highly recommend this facility. It is well maintained and has a beautiful outdoor space. We were with Dad several hours every day, and I really appreciate the care he received at Terra Bella Asheboro.

Terra Bella in Asheboro is a wonderful place! The staff is friendly and kind. The meals are really good and they actually do things with the residents. They take them out on trips, they make ice cream and they even have a community garden. They always make an effort to have everyone participate. We have had experience with other facilities in the area and we feel Terra Bella has been the best all around fit for our family member. They have thrived at Terra Bella. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a super place to move a senior family member into!

Terra Bella Asheboro is AMAZING! I have a loved one here and she receives excellent care. The Care staff is the best in the area! Having experienced other facilities in the area, Terra Bella is the best in Asheboro and probably one of the cleanest! There are areas for improvement Activities in Memory Care could be better...more active but overall this place is great!

I’ve came to visit a family friend of mine who lives in the facility. The turnover rate for the staff is absolutely horrendous. Two weeks ago I came, and an Aide named Cristy was sitting in the car with a one of the cooks, a nice black man (I don’t know if she was on break) but she had her head in his lap when I pulled in and jumped up when I pulled beside them. I’ve also heard her make highly rude and inappropriate comments about residents in the hallways. Then an aide I speak with on a personal level outside of the facility made me aware that two aides named Sabrina and talea had assaulted a resident in memory care and even though they were turned in, they were not suspended or fired since the resident “can’t remember” what happened. THEY ARE IN MEMORY CARE!!! I’m grateful my family friend is in the assisted living and is competent enough to know what’s going on. She has even told me about the aides being rough or being rude or acting like helping them is a burden. The medication staff isn’t much better. I hate this bc this is a beautiful facility and has so much potential. They are letting bad apples in staffing ruin it just to have bodies on the floor.
