My father lived at Terra Pointe Memory Care for 2 years battling dementia, and I am deeply grateful for the care he received there. The staff consistently treated him with dignity, patience and compassion. They provided excellent day-to-day care, including bathing, feeding,, medication management, and engaging in activities that were appropriate for his condition. I was especially reassured by the in-room monitoring system, which allowed the staff to respond quickly if he fell or needed help. Terra Pointe also did an outstanding job in coordinating with Hospice, ensuring my father remained comfortable and well cared for every step of the way. Knowing he was safe and in capable hands gives family a tremendous peace if mind. I would highly recommend Terra Pointe Memory Care to any family seeking attentive, professional and passionate care for a loved one with memory loss.

My mother had been at Terra Pointe for nearly 4 years before her recent passing due to dementia. Over the years I was able to get to know the staff very well and I cannot say in words how much I appreciate them and all they do for all the residents including my mother. Mrs. Perkins always made time for any need or questions I had and knew so many details about my mother's daily care; she truly cares deeply for all the residents. I always felt welcome when visiting my mother and spent so much time with her and other residents in the activities room that I became friends with many residents and staff. Let's not forget about the dining staff who make and serve the most amazing homemade meals daily. Fresh homemade soup everyday as a first course for lunch, of course salad is an option as well. Meals are so specific to each resident's needs (regular/chopped/pureed/only likes a hamburger) I just don't know how they do it but they do! All the way to the end when my mother passed, I have never had so many caring people with hugs, kind words, offers of any help I needed. It sure is tough when a family member needs memory care but I was able to have the Terra Pointe family by my side through all phases of the process, and I am so thankful for them all. Now I just need to find some time and go visit all of my resident and staff friends as I do miss them dearly.

5 stars Terra Pointe Memory Care has been an incredible blessing for our family. The staff is not only highly trained but genuinely compassionate—they treat every resident with the dignity, patience, and respect they deserve. The facility is always clean, safe, and welcoming, with thoughtful activities tailored to meet the individual needs of the residents. Communication with families is excellent; they keep us updated and involved, which brings great peace of mind. We feel truly fortunate to have found a place where our loved one is so well cared for and valued. Highly recommended!
