Beautiful senior living apartments. Residents are happy and enjoy their living arrangements. The food is top notch as well as Brian and Ryan who have been our contacts so far. Brian and Ryan are knowledgeable, friendly and gracious representatives of Talamore.

I currently have a family member in the memory care unit so I wanted this to be anonymous. So the male aids are absolutely fantastic. Above and beyond. Great attitudes. Never tell you no or they can’t do it, very capable. One of the main reasons I haven’t moved my family member out of the building. Unfortunately there is not a lot of male aids.. I think one of the guys name is mark and I couldn’t get the tall man’s name and the other guy who works upstairs at times who my friend that lives in the assisted living speaks highly of but all 3 are very respectful and patient with the residents and my relative absolutely adores these guys. If it wasn’t for them I don’t think I would still allow my relative to live here quite honestly. Don’t get me wrong there are some of the girls who are very good too! Simone and terry are very nice and good too! But then there’s some of the female aids who are extremely rude to residents, they are not patient and sit and argue with people who are sick. They have an attitude when asked to help. I overheard them talking about inappropriate things that I won’t even start on because I could go all day. They tend to gossip a lot about everybody which I’m sure would make a toxic work place. Management is pretty good. Heather, youa, bri are all very nice and helpful. They are very good at what they do. The building is overall pretty clean and smells good unlike other places I’ve visited. I would recommend this place but I do hope the attitudes and willingness to assist with some of the female aids changes.

I have been working with many place, this is the worst place i ever seen, I have resident who lived their, ,1, their staff ignored family and neglect residents, everyone acting like they are in charge , you don’t find anyone who fix the problem specially memory care because the residents can’t explain what they need, their staff are so rude, zero cleaning, no hygiene at all, no response to call light, their staffs are on phone all the time that no one manage that, they don’t pay attention to the residents, , one day I was walking in whole way, two residents were fighting hurting each other while 4 staff chilling with phone, also 12/26/25, one residents get in the kitchen, the way they talked to that resident was disturbing, only the activity staffs are doing really good, their food is the best, other then that that nothing, I don’t recommend loved ones there.

In dealing with Brian and Ryan to help coordinate my sister's move-in, I found them both to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. My sister is excited to be moving into a beautiful facility and I'm excited to have her there!
