Symphony at Delray does a wonderful job of caring for my loved one. I can rest assured that they are in the best hands. From being greeted by Ann when you arrive to the great health care team, physical therapists and kitchen crew the staff is well directed under the guidance of Sophia Rich, our superb General Manager.

My mother is in Memory Care at the Symphony. The facility is clean with no smell despite most of the residents being incontinent. Staff is pleasant, helpful and caring. Nurse Connie in charge is very hands on and easily accessible to answer any questions. Activities, run by Eva, keeps everyone busy during the day. CNAs , such as Erna and Naresh provide support as needed. My mother appears to be doing well in the environment best for her. I would like to add that my mother in memory care has begun to have multiple issues requiring quite a bit of extra nursing care and guidance. Nurse Connie has been above and beyond in being available for questions , making suggestions and being on top of all concerns. At times she has been pulled away from her meetings but is always cheerful and helpful. She has an open door policy and is always ready to help. I am very thankful for her during this difficult time,

My dad moved into Symphony on 01/16/2025. He was warmly welcomed and has been well taken care of. As the only local family, most of the caregiving duties had been my responsibility. Although we had an aide at home for 8 hours, I could tell that my dad needed more TLC than could be provided by an aide in 8 hours. I toured several assisted living facilities and liked Symphony the best. Dad is a picky eater, yet he enjoys the menu which is always available. The servers in the dining room encourage him to order food he likes. I have peace of mind knowing that my dad is being well taken care of at Symphony.

I was working toward settling my brother into Symphony and all was perfect. Sadly, as life goes, he got sicker and wasn’t able to make it to his new home. I would like to say that Symphony was extremely accommodating and Melanie Hochman was amazing; very helpful and empathetic. She made it all seamless and with a smile! I recommend it highly!
