The support staff and dining crew at Sunrise, always spend efforts to make my father comfortable and acknowledged as a person. I am very grateful to all of them. My father passed away away unexpectedly recently and the managerial team was exceptional in supporting my needs during this time. Executive Director Tina, was key in making sure I had a way to reduce my stress and provided key support from Edwina Assisted Living Director, Tanisha Medical Director and Geraldo Facilities Director. They all provided direct support for my needs for each of their departments at the time these arose. And finally, Chris Dining Services Director, went out of his way to come and visit during Dads last 72hrs, to share some of the delicious soup he made as one of my dad’s favorites. The combined support of this team, was above and beyond what I would ever had expected. I appreciate all of them, including Receptionist Nellie, who’s smiles and hugs got me through many tough days. Thanks to all of these hardworking and caring individuals.

Our loved one has been in 3 different communities in the last 7 years and Sunrise of Cupertino is by far the best. The staff are attentive and the food is amazing. Chris the chef takes great care in everything he does and he puts on the best brunches ever! The brunches bring families together and a sense of home.

When my husband was at Sunrise of Cupertino. I was really impressed with the facility. It was always clean and it did not smell of disinfectant like some places do. It's bright and sunny and that's important to him. The people are kind and caring. The grounds are very nice. They even have raised boxes if you want to have a private garden. Dogs are allowed and that was important to us.

As a private caregiver working with a resident at Sunrise of Cupertino, I’m consistently impressed by the level of care and attention provided. The staff is incredibly compassionate, always ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect, and patience. The administrative team is equally exceptional; responsive, supportive, and quick to address any concerns or needs. It’s clear they are fully committed to the well-being of their residents.
