Sunrise at Fox Hill

My dad was living independently until he fell, and we were all concerned about what he would be like during and after the process of moving him into assisted living. Fox Hill was the only place we felt gave him a quality of life that he deserved. The entire facility seems like a nice hotel more than a care-home. The staff is extremely attentive and the apartments and facilities are great! Most surprising of all, he is much happier than he was by himself, a positive surprise for all who know him! I never thought I would say this but, as I was leaving Fox Hill on my last visit, I told my sister and aunt that, even if we knew he'd be safe, I wouldn't want to move dad back to his apartment because of how much happier he seems. I feel so so so fortunate to have him there.

My mom came to Fox Hills earlier this year after some medical issues and we couldn’t be any happier with the experience. The staff from the initial tour through all of her daily care today has been great. The staff all made her feel at home right away and have helped her get involved in the many daily activities. There are too many wonderful staff members to specifically name and your family member will be well taken care of. My family is very happy with our choice and highly recommend it to others.

I can’t speak to all of the Sunrise properties, but my father had to stay at two different ones during his end-of-life. Before this, he was at another facility that closed. All of that is a way of saying we’ve had our share of experiences over the last 6+ yrs. For compassionate memory care/assisted living, this facility and it’s staff is easily the best in the area. It is possible that you might have a different experience, but consistent high quality care over years with the relatively high turn over this industry has, is a challenge. At higher levels of resident's capability, the staff is concerned, helpful and has a ton of resources. As those levels decline, they realistically, thoughtfully protect their residents’ dignity. That’s all one can hope for and Sunrise does a wonderful job. This industry is covered by a ton of regulation and that helps and hurts in a lot of ways, but this would be my only recommendation of a facility for your loved one.

Sunrise at Fox Hill is one of the best Assisted Living, and Memory Care facilities in town. From the caring, attentive, and competent staff, to the holistic approach in programming and services offered to residents, you'll fall in love with the place you or your loved one now calls home. The beauty, ambiance, and cleanliness of Sunrise speaks volumes to the level of detail, consideration, and professionalism that goes into each aspect of their passion for serving.
