Sunrise at Five Forks took excellent care of my mother. They were great about keeping me in the loop on everything from social interactions to more important medical topics. I always felt connected to the staff and Jenny, the Resident Care Coordinator. The facility offers a beautiful environment, lots of activities and a wonderful staff. I highly recommend Sunrise at Five Forks.

This place has been a blessing to my father, who feels right at home. Staff are great, rooms are great and I really recommend their memory care division, which has made my dad feel at home.

My dad lived here for 5 1/2 years before he passed in September. He considered the staff and other residents his second family. He received excellent care and meals. There were a lot of social activities planned that he could participate in.

Sunrise at Five Forks has been an absolute blessing for our family! The care team is incredibly compassionate and attentive, truly knowing and valuing my mom as an individual. Over time, they have become more than caregivers—they have become like family, treating her with the same love, patience, and kindness we would. The facility is always clean, the leadership team is incredibly supportive and communicative, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to create a warm, home-like environment. Knowing my mom is in such capable and caring hands gives us incredible peace of mind, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care they provide!
