This is a very nice facility. My brother was here for a few years. We unfortunately were unable to keep paying out of pocket above what his disability could cover. His room was very nice, the staff was nice, and he made some nice friends. The building and grounds are kept very well too. If you are considering this facility I do recommend it as my family and I had a good experience.

I haven't been at storypoint long , 3 or 4 months. But I'm really happy there. The food isn't bad, there are a lot of people to please. The staff is wonderful, from the people that serve our food , to the clean our rooms. The staff is always polite , kind and helpful. You can always ask for help. Someone will always go out of the way to help. When I came here I really didn't want to leave my home. But I needed a better place to live.I'm so glad I was able to come here.

I have been here 3 yes. The staff are great to work with and they will gladly help solve any problem. The food COULD ALWAYS be better, but they have a budget. Housekeeping is wonderful. So all in all great place to live and relax in our senior years.

We moved my mom in here last year, and while there are aspects of the facility we appreciate, the quality of the food has been a consistent issue. She has frequently expressed frustration about the meals, so I started reviewing her menus myself. Over the last 20 menus, I’ve noticed hot dogs listed as an entrée every 3-4 days, which feels unacceptable for a senior living facility. Tater tots are also served as a side far too often. While I don’t expect gourmet meals or a dietitian, I do think they need to prioritize offering more balanced, nutritious, and varied meal options. They can and should do better.
