Memory Care
Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.
Respite Care
Respite care is short-term or temporary care. Respite care can be provided in adult day centers, in private homes via home health agencies and in senior living communities, most often assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.
Personal Care
Personal care involves assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and mobility support to help maintain independence and enhance day-to-day life.

I want personally praise the wonderful and super friendly staff at Storypoint. Lynne was instrumental assisting my wife and I navigating the paperwork for Uncle Joe's admission. This place is great. Everytime I visit my friend Judy she tells me about all the amazing things they are doing in Activities. Their activity director Clinton is so sweet and has fun things for the residents to look forward to. The food looks and smells so good. Everyone I have met is always very friendly and the other residents always seem very happy. This is a great place for our community seniors.

StoryPoint Prospect truly makes the residents feel as if they are at home. They have several activities every day to get the residents involved and interactive with each other. Their campus is beautiful. There are always residents sitting outside in rocking chairs. The staff is beyond helpful and they truly care about their residents as if they are their family. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

The staff at exceptional living offer amazing customer service in a setting that caters to every resident wish! The residents are warm and friendly and experience wonderful care, dining and activities is a beautiful environment. The center is convenient to stores and restaurants too! I would recommend to anyone looking for senior living in the greater Louisville market!
