This facility is completely unacceptable. Residence rooms are infested with bed bugs, and management has attempted to keep it hidden. Staff and outside specialists have been brought in without being informed, putting them at risk of carrying the infestation back to their homes. This level of negligence is appalling.

The staff at StoryPoint goes above and beyond to create a safe, active, loving, and positive environment. My grandma especially loved the activities. Every day she was kept busy with activities ranging from Bingo, to exercise, to cards, and a variety of crafts. She never became bored, because the staff always found ways to keep things new and fresh. As a result of the activities she was able to quickly create new friendships with residents and with staff. When my grandma needed extra care, the entire staff was incredibly helpful and communicative, making things easier for not just my grandma, but our entire family. The bond my grandma had with the team of people who make StoryPoint run was very special. She was loved by them and loved them in return. They became a second family to all of us, and we are forever grateful to them for my Grandma's time at StoryPoint so filled with love and fun.

Storypoint Grove City is truly a wonderful place to call home! The community is lovely and the residents are very friendly and kind. The food looks and tastes delicious! The employees are very caring and knowledgeable. You can always find something fun to do! I would highly recommend this beautiful community.
