I have been here going on 6 years. The Executive Director is very cooperate. Also the care givers help with any problems that arise. The receptionist are all caring and help with problem when no one is available. I will recommend Story Point in Grove City, Ohio.

This facility is completely unacceptable. Residence rooms are infested with bed bugs, and management has attempted to keep it hidden. Staff and outside specialists have been brought in without being informed, putting them at risk of carrying the infestation back to their homes. This level of negligence is appalling.

Completely inept care for my mother. Staffing is terrible, zero follow up, management doesn't care, they just want your money. Who cares if mom doesn't get her medicine, who cares if she's not been bathed. Storypoint SUCKS for $8k a month. Liars. **Response**4.3.25** Get real, we aren't contacting you again you have MISSED your chance to rectify. Kevi B, and Sara S have failed. They have ghosted us to the point of elder neglect. DO NOT your parents here...You will be let down and neglected.
