It's clear they take great pride in keeping their facility beautiful and well maintained, and that care shows in everything they do. Touring Story Point of Chattanooga, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and dedication of the Director. Lisa inquired about my parents' needs and offered options that might fit their needs. The facility is clean, but needs some updating. There is a beautiful courtyard. The staff was welcoming.

I've gone there multiple times to visit. The maintenence director is a very forward and kind man. He gives more than just a smile and a wave, he makes every interaction personal and kind. The facilities here are very clean, which is a big plus! And the nurses care for every single person, regardless if they're living there or not.
