Moving a family member into senior living is a massive transition and difficult, but New Perspective Carlson Parkway has made it a wonderfully smooth experience. The facility itself is stunning—very bright, airy, and clean, with great gathering spaces like the pub and cozy fireplace areas. The staff here has been incredibly warm and attentive, and our parents/grandparents/great grandparents seen happier and ate smiling and laughing more than I've personally seen in years. Yes, it's had it's ups and downs due to my parents being very resistant to moving out of their house, but staff has been exceedingly patient. They seem to focus on family and family is welcome to join in on all the activities. Lovely happy hours and I even joined in for bingo one day. Having 24/7 care on-site has given our family immense peace of mind. It truly feels like a supportive community rather than just a facility. Thank you! -

My mother spent the last year of her life at New Perspectives Carlson Parkway in Minnetonka MN. The staff was so attentive, accommodating, and thorough. She especially loved the wonderful food and dining experience, and the entertainment and activities provided! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I visit here a few times a week to see my client. I see many assisted living facilities but am most impressed by the relaxed caring vibe I get from the staff at New Perspective’s. They help my client feel at home. There’s always someone there to lend an ear or a hand. It doesn’t feel like an institution. It feels like home.

This is a beautiful community with residents that are happy and like to have fun. The location is great as well. I was greeted with a smile by the staff and residents alike.
