My stepmom has lived there about a year. It's been a relief that my wife and her sisters can finally relax. The staff has been very patient with her. It's a nice place to visit. Jennifer is nice too, she helped with the move in and still answers alot of our questions.

My Father has been at Sterling Inn for 5 years and Sterling Commons for the past 2 years as his Dementia/Alzheimer’s has increased and he needs more care. I do visit him 3 times a week and one of my brothers visits 2 times. He is always well taken care of and happy. Everyone knows my dads name and he is just content with Sterling Commons, which makes me feel at ease.

Our mother has been in Sterling Commons Memory Care now for 5 years. She's 100 years old and wheelchair bound. She is happy whenever we see her. She is clean and smells clean. She requires complete care at this point and it is provided with a smile and they really care about her. They are always open to anything we are concerned about and take care of it. We can't honestly think of any other place that she would get the care she gets here.

I toured Sterling Commons after my aunt moved in and was very impressed with the staff. Each staff member greeted me with a smile and treated me like a family member. Candice the receptionist was the first person I met and she was very kind. I next met Debbie, Debra, and Shelia. They were all very welcoming and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about dementia and was very impressed at the care I saw the staff giving the residents. I recommend this community to anyone who has a loved one with dementia.
