I did a walk through at St Clair nursing home when I got done I was relaxed about putting my uncle in there. My experience with three nursing homes that I have visited. Every person I walked by acknowledged me with a great or ask how was I. My uncle is pretty relaxed to I can see how comfortable he is when I visit and the staff seems to really care about working with individuals. The last place we were there was nothing like that only a couple of employees that cared. I want to thank all of the employees for their hard and caring work they do. I hope this will be the best for uncle.

Going through the process of having to place a loved one in a skilled nursing facility is definitely an emotionally hard thing to do, so you want to find a place that provides a high level of skill and care. We found that at St. Clair Nursing Center. On top of that, it is a place where each resident is seen as an individual and is given respect, encouragement and care for their physical and emotional wellbeing. The administrator goes above and beyond to be helpful to the residents and their families. The nurses, and the rest of the staff are wonderful. All of this is such a blessing and an answer to prayer!

My husband was there last year in June. They were short-habded but they took great care for him. If we needed something someone always came to check on him. I could get food there to eat with him. The food was excellent! The only thing that was disappointing was not enough time in therapy.

I moved my mother to St Clair Nursing Center Memory Care from another facility and have been thankful ever since. She received excellent care and the staff took care of her like she was part of their family. The administrator, director of nursing and assistant director of nursing were all very accessible and actively working with their staff to ensure the best care for all of the residents. I was there practically every day and I always left feeling confident my mother was loved and receiving the best care. I know she was comfortable and happy. My only regret is that I did not take her to St Clair Nursing Center first.
