As a second-generation member, I’ve seen firsthand the difference between this nonprofit continuing care organization & impersonal for-profit insurance companies. Or, having no plan. After caring for their own parents without help my parents joined after their own long-term care insurance was transferred to another company. Has been amazing for my mother and our family. Knowing Springpoint would be there whenever needed has been important. At 97 mom began to need assistance & having care navigator Joan so familiar with us was important. They have great resources for any stage & are very caring. Moms Platinum plan worth every penny & much better than LTC I have seen. Highly recommend.

Liz and I have been members of Springpoint Choice for approximately four years. During this time, there have been several occasions where we have needed to contact various staff to clarify information regarding policies. We have always been given courteous and accurate information. Our navigator, Elaine, has been especially helpful and available whenever questions arise. We have been able to contact your financial office and get immediate feedback. Our experience thus far has been that the organization is well organized and well managed. We strongly believe in the concept that senior citizens should remain in their home as long as they can. Springpoint has given Liz and I a sense of security because of your availability whenever needs arise. Despite the initial major financial commitment to become a member of Springpoint, it has given us the highly valued gift of peace of mind. Fortunately, we have not yet had a need for the many necessary and worthwhile services that the program has to offer, but we have felt that we are in good hands. Our Care Manager and other staff members have steadily kept us informed and in touch with all that the program has to offer.
