Overall a real minimum effort energy, Some departments are better than others I would not recommend for Assisted living Long call button waits Lack of Family involvement Overall unconformable experience when it comes to having visitors. And the Quality of food is absolutely abysmal Here is a photo that resembles dog food.I'm not quite sure if it is edible to eat I feel sorry for the people receiving end of life Care here that will past With the remnants of This a Horrific food on their taste buds while slipping into the after life

Do not go here. A nurse amputated a patients foot WITHOUT permission. And used it for taxidermy?! Also she is a NURSE. Why was she able to do this and why is she being allowed to move forward Scott free. No ones concern for this is only leading suspicion of other medical neglect here. DO NOT GO HERE stay safe

If I were to compare The last 4 nursing home I have been in in the last 10 years …Spring Valley is by far the best. They work so hard keeping us residents clean ,fed ,and safe. (And entertained)…To me it feels like this is my home and the staff are my kids…

Do not come here! Nurse amputated a gentlemans foot without consent and only had to deal with a $443 fine. Despicable people
