We recently toured Spring Mill with Karen, the Sales Director, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! During our tour, Karen introduced us to Raheem, the Clinical Director, who was wonderful and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns regarding our mom’s health. We also met Edvis, who is one cool guy! He warmly welcomed us to join in on Boozy Bingo, and it was so nice to see the residents enjoying themselves and having fun. We had the opportunity to try lunch as well, and the food was great! Becca was our server and provided excellent service. The entire community was full of energy and had such a welcoming, lively atmosphere. Nicki, the Executive Director, and Karen answered all of our questions and made us feel confident in our decision. We were so impressed with Spring Mill that we decided to make a deposit! We are incredibly excited to have our mom become part of the Spring Mill family. We truly feel that she will be happy, engaged, and well cared for there. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so positive!

We toured 10 different senior communities in our search for my mother in law. Karen Dapp at Spring Mill Senior Living was so open, honest, caring & informative when we came for a tour. She listened to our needs & was warm, genuine & friendly. Picking Spring Mill started with Karen and the community, staff, building & grounds added in made it an easy choice.
