My experience with Spring Arbor has been overwhelmingly positive it truly feels like a place where people are cared for with compassion and respect. The staff has always been friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in the well-being of my mom. Every time I've visited, the community has been clean, welcoming, and full of positive energy. It's been comforting to see residents enjoying activities, socializing, and being treated with kindness and dignity. Knowing that my mom is in an environment where she is safe, supported, and valued has given me tremendous peace of mind. The communication from the staff has also been excellent. They take the time to answer questions, provide updates, and make families feel included. I know choosing an assisted living community is never an easy decision, but I would gladly recommend Spring Arbor to anyone looking for a caring, supportive place that truly feels like home.

There are plenty of activities to keep Mom engaged and active throughout the day, and she enjoys participating. I have lived here for 4 yrs- love the place!! I especially love the care I've been given. The food, laundry, anything that I would want, all I have to do is call for it. Lots of entertainment and respect! I would highly recommend this place. I was very sick for 6 months and was quarantined for a good part of that (lots of things going on from getting a pacemaker to getting pneumonia) and I received excellent care! I can not say enough good things about Spring Arbor.
