Let me start by saying I don't have any family in this facility. I came today to deliver Valentine's day cards and I left feeling like family. Every staff member greeted me, thanked me for coming and we're seen in some way interacting with residents. I got to walk with the activities director. She knew every patients name, along with a bit about them. 3 residents told me how this was the best place ever and every resident I met (even if they could barely talk) had a nice well kept room. I can truthfully say, from what I've experienced when it comes time for me to be in a Nursing home, I would be totally fine if I was put in a home like this.

We moved my neighbor into Spring Arbor after having a terrible fall, a month at the hospital, and 3 weeks of rehab. They have been beyond helpful for her and for us with all the logistics. John goes above and beyond to help us with things that we need for her. He has been absolutely amazing! The staff is all so friendly and helpful. They really take the time to get to know and interact with all of the residents. Our neighbor has been especially happy with the physical therapists here. They encourage her and make her feel good about her progress. Thanks to them she is able to walk almost without a walker. This place has been amazing for her! It is a bit expensive, but the cheapest that we were able to find in Cary.

It is not the best or the worst place. But found out they sold me on their activity program which was not provided. My mom loved The Glade at Glenaire and I had hoped SA would provide customer service. But SA did not. My mom got worse and worse. They are understaffed and some staff were more concerned about texting etc vs spending time with the clients. I found a home where there is only 6 people and 2 staff. I moved her out. I had asked for community fee back because they sold me a bag of goods they could not provide. If I knew this I would have never put her there. Such a racquet!

Our loved one has been here for just a short time but our experience here was very positive. The staff has been very kind, supportive, and available. They have unending patience with the residents. Our loved one was a very picky eater at home but has eaten things here that she hasn't eaten in a decade! She has enjoyed the food, company, activities and staff. Thank you, Spring Arbor!
