I’m am very disappointed in the lack of respect the management staff has for the residents. This building has had extensive mold problems. They have been slowly dealing and correcting this issue. This has been ongoing for months. This has involved uprooting residents from their apartments, moving them to a temporary apartment. In my mother’s case she received a letter telling her she would be moved back to her regular apartment today. She was excited by this news because she has not had hot water for several days and she has not had television. We packed everything personal and she waited all afternoon. She went to the front desk and they told her they knew nothing about this. She called me around 8:00 p.m. and said she guessed they were not coming. She is 91 years old, her mind is very sharp. I think what disappoints me the most is that she feels very disrespected. There are some positives about this entity, mostly the kindness shown by the meal servers and the food is good. We have to weigh this latest incident and decide if she moves or not. She worked until she was 82 years old, she managed an oil and gas company for over 50 years. She deserves to treated with dignity and respect.

Sooner Station Senior Living is truly a wonderful community! From the moment we visited, we knew it was the perfect place for our loved one. The staff is incredibly welcoming, attentive and genuinely cares about the residents. The facility itself is beautiful, clean and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a real home. My family has peace of mind knowing our loved one is not only safe but thriving with all the activities, amenities and social opportunities available. The care and attention to detail are unmatched. We couldn’t be happier with the decision to choose Sooner Station, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch senior care!
