Sonnet Hill Senior Living

After much debate we decided to move my parents to boutique senior living where they can get the one on one care they both need and deserve while still having the freedom they desire. Sonnet Hill has consistently gone above and beyond even before their move in. Yanira was, and has remained, available and accessible with any and all of our needs, as well as all of the staff. We love that they have their own apartment, 24 hr nursing with med management, a wonderful kitchen staff with that provides 3 homecooked meals daily served restaurant style as well as monthly family luncheon hosted by Sonnet where the families can attend for free and enjoy a themed luncheon with entertainment. You can always find Briana's smiling face while she's leading the exercise groups, calling Bingo numbers or leading arts and crafts. Ivan and Sammy are always more than willing to help with any apartment or tech needs and happy to do so. I just cannot say enough about how happy I am to have found a place like this for my parents and how grateful we are for their entire team! Oh and did I mention they allow pets!! Keep up the GREAT work Sonnet staff I feel like my family grew bigger now as I consider you all my family!!

Placing my loved one in a memory care facility was not a light or easy decision to make. After the passing of my father, it was a long and heart wrenching decision to move my mom at all because I only want the best for her. My mother has been at Sonnet Hill for almost a year now! This facility is beautiful and very well kept with a team of top-notch directors, management and staff. The quality of care provided by all levels is exceptional who cares about their residents and strive to make every day great. First impressions are important, but what happens 24/7 behind closed doors and after hours means everything! Honestly, this facility is an asset to our community! Sonnet Hill has an outstanding memory care community that offers a level of care that focuses on all my mom's needs. I talk to my mom daily and the funny thing is she sometimes has no time for me because she is ALWAYS engaged in activities from singing, games, trivia, arts & crafts, glam day, bingo, movie night and the list goes on and I absolutely love that! Just because my mom has Dementia doesn't mean she can't have a life! Thank you Yanira, Dom, Johanna, Andrea, Tee, Briana, Vanessa and all the staff on making Sonnet Hill a safe, loved community were my mom calls HOME! I couldn’t have picked a better place for my mom to live.

As a senior care advisor, I always highly recommend Sonnet Hill to families looking for assisted living and memory care options. The entire team is absolutely incredible. Every client I have helped move in has been extremely happy with the care they receive. The entire team has much compassion and expertise when it comes to senior care.

Being the only child dealing with a parent with dementia has definitely been one of the hardest struggles of my lifetime. I feel really blessed to have found Sonnet Hill. Not only is it walking distance from my home but the staff has been really great. The transition was unbelievably smooth. I never thought my mom would be into it but she is loving her time there. Just yesterday, I went to visit her and when I showed up, she was dancing. From one side of the room she danced across from one care staff as a partner switching to another care staff. I overheard the second care staff dance partner proclaim, "I love my job." as she danced my mom towards the dining area. Not everything is easy with my mom, but I appreciate all the support and love we receive from Sonnet Hill.
