Solista Wilmington

Our family recently has taken a tour of Solista Wilmington and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we walked into the building we were welcomed like family. Bryan, Community Relations Director gave us a tour of the facility, introduced us to staff members (Tabitha the Activities and Lifestyle Director was amazing) and many residents. He even arranged for us to see an apartment that had been recently rented and we met the new resident. The dining area was beautiful and the amount of light throughout was incredible. The facility was clean, beautiful and very well taken care of. We spent over 3 hours there asking a multitude of questions and going over very specific details. Bryan was very professional, was able to answer every question we had and never made us feel rushed or that he just wanted to rent another apartment. He was so genuine and caring and all of the residents seem to love him too. We wanted to move in ourselves. There are so many things to do within, outside and around the facility anyone's loved one would get the time and attention they may need. I would highly recommend Solista Wilmington.

My mom and I toured Solista of Wilmington and many others recently, From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a huge smile by Tabitha who runs the amazing activities, she took the time to show us the monthly activities calendar and the country store while Bryan in sales was wrapping up his tour. The sales manager showed compassion, empathy and truly educated us. The community's appearance was that of a cruise ship, lots of natural lighting, Billiard Poker room, Chapel, Salon, gym. transportation, Inhouse care, PT/OT. When we Entered the apartments, I was floored all new completely renovated 1Bdr with a Balcony. I looked at my mom's smiling face and new this was her forever home. The Manager Kim greeted us and offered us to stay for a complimentary lunch, food and service was fantastic. Place is clean, smells great and most importantly each and every resident was happy and said hello or stopped to tell us you don't need to look any further this is home! Well, we don't need to look anymore! we have an appointment with Bryan to sign the paperwork for moms' new chapter of her life. Thank you all for making this transition flawless.

“Bang for your Buck” is an understatement! This community is beautiful and the amenities are abundant. Staff is helpful and attentive to residents needs. Tons of activities and amazing food from a top executive chef. Even transportation. They loved my Grandma like their own. Simply top notch. And they’re remodeled!!!

My Aunt spent many years at this facility and her recent passing brought me back to it. The upgrades they have done are wonderful. It feels much cleaner, comfortable and welcoming. The staff was also Amazing and willing to help In any way possible. Can’t say enough about the good vibe and feeling I got being there.
